“I was so impressed with the amount you cover on the placement, and how the year is planned out in such a way that you’re constantly exposed to new challenges. I’ve always found food marketing and eCommerce interesting, and I really enjoy being in such a customer-focused environment. In the few weeks I’ve been here, I’ve already been given a good bit of responsibility. It’s a fantastic way to learn – the constant motivation, training, and development. I really admire how great Aldi is for that.”

“Getting to know people, flexibility and adaptability are key qualities you’ll need. You’ll be rotating between departments and working on so many different projects, so I’d say being able to utilise your skills in different areas is definitely advantageous. Aldi are great because they plan everything out for you, so I knew where I was going to be every day and at what time. I got to work with a variety of different teams and meet all kinds of people. In a multinational company like this, that sort of thing is so helpful as it gives you an understanding of how it all connects. That’s been so beneficial for my career.”
